Unbox immediately upon receiving.

Recut stems and hydrate upright for 6–12 hours; keep in a cool location.

Removing foliage below the water line may prove difficult so try to clean up any slimy leaves and make sure the water is clean daily.

Stems may be woody (like ruscus) or soft (like eucalyptus)—use sharp clippers for clean cuts.

Some varieties may shed lightly during handling; this is normal.

Avoid direct heat or strong sun; foliage can dehydrate quickly.

Eucalyptus and some greens may have a natural aromatic oil—normal and safe.
