Refund policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any returns.
It's important to note that we're also not able to provide refunds for things like slight color variations, flower size or fragrance. For any other issues such as damaged flowers, major color discrepancies or missing product, we will ask that you provide at least 3 photos of any damage or issues immediately (within 24 hours of receiving your flowers) by email. Upon review, you may be eligible for a partial refund. Please see our terms of service for full details.
