Mini Carnations

Mini Carnations

Mini carnations (also called “spray carnations”) feature multiple smaller blooms per stem, offering great volume, texture, and color variety. They’re durable, long-lasting, and a cost-effective way to add softness and fullness to DIY flower arrangements. Expect variation in bloom count, head size, and color shading.

Typical bunch size: 10 stems.

DIY Care & Handling Tips

Unbox immediately upon receiving.

Recut stems and hydrate upright for 6–12 hours; keep in a cool location.

Remove any foliage below the water line.

Allow 1–2 days for blooms to fully open.

Stems are sturdy but thin—recut cleanly to avoid splitting. Handle with care as they are knobby (have joints) along the stem and can snap.

Avoid direct heat or sunlight to maintain freshness.

Handle gently to prevent fraying on delicate petal edges.

See the DIY Guide for full care instructions.

Best Uses for DIY Weddings

Excellent for bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, centerpieces, bud vases, and filler volume.

Smaller blooms make them great for boutonnieres and corsages.

Pair well with larger focal blooms like roses, peonies, and ranunculus.

Highly durable and suitable for both indoor and outdoor weddings.
