Unbox immediately upon receiving.

Recut stems and hydrate upright for 6–12 hours; keep in a cool location. Try to keep cardboard sleeves on for at least two hours to help support the rose head while hydrating.

Remove guard petals (outer petals) to reveal the clean bloom underneath.

Remove any foliage that falls below the water line. Stems are sturdy, but thorns may vary between varieties — handle carefully when removing foliage and thorns.

Roses typically arrive tight; allow 1–2 days to open for best use.

Avoid direct sun or heat, which can cause premature browning and wilting.
