DIY Care & Handling Tips

Unbox immediately upon receiving.

Recut stems and hydrate upright for 6–12 hours; keep in a cool location.

Remove any foliage below the water line. Blooms towards the bottom may need to be removed if brown, translucent, or wilting after shipping to allow the blooms further up to bloom.

Stems are sturdy but can snap if bent sharply—handle with care.

Blooms may arrive slightly closed and may seem a bit smashed in shipping; they will will out and continue to open after hydrating.

Avoid direct sun or heat, which can dry out the blooms.

Keep away from strong drafts; petals can become papery if dehydrated.
